Designed Content Clusters (On-Page SEO) and Internal Linking

Some pages on Spaciously didn't get enough traffic. We needed to improve crawlability and signal to search engines that Spaciously had a large range of activities in many U.S. cities. To achieve this, I ran a content mapping project.

What I did

I researched all the keywords connected to the corporate events market and mapped them into content clusters. We then added landing pages for best outdoor activities, indoor activities, small groups, large groups, birthday parties, corporate events, ... I also added links to the activity listing pages into those category-focused pages. I also added structured data to those new pages to accelerate indexing.

Results

1. Spaciously is in the top 5 Google results for “team building activities san francisco” and "team building activities nyc".
2. Spaciously is featured in Google AI overviews for "corporate team building activities in San Francisco".
3.Spaciously's page Best Outdoor Team Building Activities in San Francisco is featured in Microsoft Copilot.
4. Spaciously is featured in ChatGPT answers for "team buidling platforms in nyc".
